Sci-Tech is awesome! I have used them for years for all of my apartment turnover steam cleans and water extractions. I know I can count on them to show up as promised, and properly take care of the issue. I recently had them clean my personal furniture and 2 area rugs. They did an amazing job on everything! The employees were super courteous, and made sure to pay my dog special attention. I have a 3 bedroom house that I rent as an AirBnB for football and graduation weekends. This year we also rented it during the week to friends who needed a place to stay for various reasons. This required that the house be turned around the same day. I couldn't have done it without Sci-Tech's help! The guests would check-out by 11 am and Sci-Tech would have the house ready before check-in at 3 pm. Their quality is wonderful and their prices are reasonable. Anne in the office is also awesome. This business has cleaned my carpets and power washed/stained my deck. I was completely satisfied with their work. I am now using them for general house cleaning every other week. Shannen, the young lady, is the one that does this service. She is really good! Not only does she do what is expected, but she takes the initiative to do other things when there is a little extra time. She takes suggestions well and offers advice when asked for. - Pet odor removal. Pet odors can be quite strong. This is especially true when it comes to pet urine. We have multiple processes that we can use to remove pet odors from your carpet.
- Pet hair removal. If you have cats or dogs, odds are they shed quite a bit. This pet hair can easily get stuck deep down in the carpet fibers. This can contribute to pet odors in your home as well. We use a scrubbing machine to lift the pet hair out of the carpet.
- Bleach stain removal. If you have spilled (or used as a cleaner) bleach on your carpet, it will often pull the color from the fibers. To make matters worse, bleach is a corrosive agent. So it can actually dissolve the carpet fibers over time. Not only are we able to neutralize the bleach to prevent the fiber damage, but we are also able to spot dye the colors back into the carpet.
- Red stain removal (and some other colors too). Stains like wine or Kool-Aid are particularly difficult. These stains don't often come out with regular cleaning processes. Our cleaning technicians are trained to be able to use special products to remove the stains, however.
- Carpet restoration. Sometimes the carpet is just so dirty you think it needs to be thrown out. In most of these situations, the carpet can be salvaged with the proper treatment. We have the equipment, products, and training to restore very dirty carpet to a much nicer condition.
