We answer 24/7/365

Burst pipes and storm damage can happen at any hour. Our on-call crews answer the call, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Our own teams handle the entire job

Unlike many companies, we handle the entire job in-house, with specialist teams for water removal, drying, cleanup, and repairs. You won’t have to coordinate separate contractors or find another company to finish the work.

We arrive quickly

Once you call, our on-call crews get moving. We prepare the equipment for your emergency and head to your property to begin water removal.

You don't have to wait for a routine appointment. We treat your emergency as our emergency.

Removing the water quickly is key

Acting quickly helps limit further damage. We start by using powerful extraction equipment to remove standing water and water trapped in carpets.

We use commercial-grade drying equipment

We use commercial-grade air movers and dehumidifiers to dry affected areas. Moisture readings help us track progress and adjust equipment placement as needed, so we can dry your property efficiently and help you get back to your life.

Our team is trained and certified to do it right

We are IICRC certified in cleaning, water damage restoration, and mold remediation. So we are trained, experienced, and ready to tackle your water damage quickly and effectively.

As always, you get the best guarantee

We stand behind our work. The job isn’t done until you’re happy. If there’s a problem with our work, we’ll send our crew back to correct it.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when you call?

A member of our team will answer the call regardless of the time. We’ll ask where the emergency is, what happened, and which areas are affected so we can prepare the equipment and dispatch our crew.

What happens after the extraction phase?

After the standing water has been removed, we begin a drying phase. During this phase, we install commercial-grade drying equipment and begin taking moisture measurements. As needed, we will move the equipment around and adjust things to optimize the drying process.

This phase lasts until our moisture readings show that levels have returned to normal.

Can you provide an estimate for my insurance claim?

Absolutely. We use estimating software and processes that insurance companies accept.

What service area do you cover?

We serve the New River Valley and Roanoke areas in Virginia including: Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, Roanoke, Salem, Wytheville, Pulaski, and the immediately surrounding areas.

What happens after the drying phase is complete?

Some jobs need only water removal and drying. When walls, carpets, cabinets, or other materials are damaged beyond drying, our in-house repair teams can assess the damage and handle the repairs.

Will water damage cause mold?

Mold is often avoidable if you take care of the issue quickly. In the majority of emergencies that we handle, we're able to dry everything out before mold grows. However in some situations, there will be mold growth. In these cases, we are trained and certified to remediate mold as well.

How long will drying take?

This mostly depends on how severe the emergency is. In simpler cases, everything can be dry within a day. In worse cases, we strive to have everything normal within three days to mitigate risk of additional damage (such as mold growth).
